planit provides a platform for users to create, discover, and participate in real-world events. You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding agreement to use the Service.

planit has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You agree not to post, upload, send, or otherwise share content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, hateful, defamatory, pornographic, fraudulent, misleading, invasive of privacy, or otherwise inappropriate. This includes impersonation, scams, slurs, threats, sexual exploitation, bullying, and content that encourages violence or self-harm.

We use content filters, user reports, and manual review to help prevent objectionable material from being posted or remaining available in the Service. Users can report events, posts, comments, replies, and chat requests from in-app menus, and users can block abusive users from profiles or chat-related surfaces.

We review reports of objectionable content or abusive behavior within 24 hours. We may remove content, restrict access, suspend accounts, terminate accounts, or eject users who violate these Terms or create safety risks for others.

planit provides a platform for users to create, discover, and participate in events. Some events may also be hosted or organized directly by planit.

For user-hosted events, planit does not control or supervise the event and is not responsible for the actions of participants, event quality, or outcomes. Participation in any event is at your own risk.

For events hosted by planit, we make reasonable efforts to provide safe and accurate event experiences, but participation is still at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release and hold harmless Planit Technologies LLC from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your participation in any events, whether hosted by users or by planit.

Some events on planit require payment to attend. These are real-world, in-person events where the attendee pays the event host directly. planit is not a party to these transactions — it provides the platform that facilitates them.

Payment processing is handled by Stripe, a licensed third-party payment processor. By making or receiving payments through the app, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service (available at stripe.com/legal). planit does not store or process raw payment card data.

Hosts who collect payments through Stripe must complete Stripe Connect Express onboarding. Stripe charges standard processing fees (currently 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction in the United States) which are deducted from the host's payout. planit does not charge an additional platform fee on payments.

Refund eligibility is determined by the refund policy the host sets at the time of event creation. Available policies are: full refund any time before the event, refund up to 24 hours before the event, refund up to 48 hours before the event, or no refunds. The applicable policy is shown on the event detail screen before payment is made. planit facilitates refunds on the host's behalf in accordance with the stated policy.

For questions or disputes related to a payment or refund, contact us at support@planitofficial.com. We will work with you and Stripe to resolve the issue in a timely manner.

You retain ownership of the content you post. By posting content, you grant planit a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content within the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior that may harm the platform or other users.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of content, the quality of events, or the behavior of users.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, planit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of the Service or participation in events.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes indicates acceptance.
